Install and Enable

Start here if you are setting up the animated sticker pack for the first time on your device.

  • Download Zoruh Stickers Animated from the App Store.
  • Open the app once after installing so the device can finish setup.
  • Open Messages and start or open a conversation.
  • Open the Messages app drawer and select Zoruh Stickers Animated.
  • If the pack is hidden, open the Messages app list and re-enable it.

First launch matters here too. If the animated pack does not show up right away, open the app once and return to Messages.

How to Use Animated Stickers

Once the pack is visible, you can browse and send animated stickers directly from within your conversation.

  • Tap a sticker once to send it as its own message.
  • Animated stickers may take a moment to preview the first time they load.
  • Touch and hold a sticker to place it on top of a bubble, photo, or message when supported.
  • If animation playback seems delayed, close and reopen the sticker drawer.

This page covers the animated pack only. The standard static sticker pack is a separate app.

Troubleshooting

If Zoruh Stickers Animated is installed but does not appear or does not animate correctly, run through these steps in order.

  • Open the Zoruh Stickers Animated app once after install or update.
  • Force-close Messages and reopen it.
  • Check that the animated sticker pack is still enabled in the Messages app drawer.
  • Restart your device if the pack appears blank, missing, or stuck.
  • Make sure your device software is up to date.
  • Delete and reinstall the app if the animated stickers still do not load or play correctly.

If the issue continues, send support your device model, software version, and a screenshot or short description of the playback issue.
